This is a held, intentional space where you can:

Talk about life, love, grief, stress, self-care, boundaries, etc
Please Note: You do NOT have to receive therapy services through Carr Cares to join this group.
What to Expect:
Through guided writing prompts, participants will be encouraged to explore your thoughts, emotions, and personal experiences in a meaningful way. Participants will have opportunities for reflection and self-discovery within a supportive community that understands.
